The Schneider Electric G40-80FASB2 is a set of 2 interphase barriers (phase insulators) for GoPact MCCB 400 and 800 moulded case circuit breakers. Each barrier measures 100 x 100 mm at 2.5 mm thickness and clips onto the breaker to add insulation at the power-connection points. It is classified as a spare part and fits both 3-pole and 4-pole versions of the breaker.

Selection Notes

The barriers mount at either the upstream or downstream terminals to raise phase-to-phase insulation at the power-connection points, which matters most on fixed installations with tight gland-plate clearances or exposed busbar runs. Because the kit ships as a set of 2, one kit covers a single upstream or downstream side of the breaker, not both - order two kits to insulate both sides. They fit both 3-pole and 4-pole GoPact MCCB 400/800 builds without a part change.
