The Schneider Electric C25W4TM160 is a 4-pole ComPacT NSX250HB2 moulded case circuit breaker rated 160 A on a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit, built on the HB2 690 V AC frame. Breaking capacity (Icu) is 100 kA across the 500 V, 525 V and 660/690 V AC classes, against a 690 V AC rated operational voltage, for the highest-fault-current 690 V applications in the NSX250 range.

Selection Notes

At 100 kA Icu across the full 500-690 V AC band, the HB2 frame is the top breaking-capacity option in the NSX250 range and is the one to specify where prospective fault current at 690 V exceeds the HB1 frame's 75 kA rating. The 4th pole trips at 1 x Ir for a protected neutral on 4-wire 690 V feeders; Pick a different trip-current sibling in the same HB2 series to match load current without changing the breaking-capacity class.
