The Schneider Electric C160N360FM is a 3-pole, 1600 A ComPacT NS1600N moulded case circuit breaker rated for a breaking capacity of 50 kA at 380/415 V AC. It carries a MicroLogic 6.0 electronic trip unit with long-time, short-time, instantaneous and ground-fault (LSIG) protection and an operational voltage of 690 V AC, suited for fixed, manually-operated distribution boards up to 1600 A.

Selection Notes

The MicroLogic 6.0 trip unit adds ground-fault protection (G) on top of long-time, short-time and instantaneous (LSI) functions, so the C160N360FM can detect low-level earth faults that the 3-pole, 1600 A NS1600N frame's phase protection alone would miss. Ground-fault pick-up is adjustable per the [Ig] range in the table above. Choose this 6.0 (LSIG) trip unit over the 5.0 (LSI) sibling when the switchboard needs integrated ground-fault tripping rather than a separate earth-leakage relay.
