The Schneider Electric C080L320FM is a 3-pole ComPacT NS800L moulded case circuit breaker rated 800 A, with a 150 kA breaking capacity (Icu) at 380/415 V AC. It is fitted with a MicroLogic 2.0 trip unit delivering long-time overload and instantaneous short-circuit protection (LI), is fixed-mounted and manually operated, and carries a 690 V rated operational voltage for industrial distribution switchboards.

Selection Notes

Its LI trip unit covers long-time overload and instantaneous short-circuit tripping only, which keeps the breaker simple and is adequate where upstream or downstream devices already handle short-time discrimination. The L-frame rating gives it 150 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC, the highest breaking-capacity class in the 800 A frame; reserve it for incomers close to the transformer or otherwise exposed to prospective fault currents above what the H-frame sibling can clear.
