Each of the 8 channels is isolated individually (groups of 1), so a fault on one output does not affect the others, unlike modules that isolate in larger groups. The 6.3 A slow-blow fuse per channel is sized above the 2 A rated output to absorb inrush from lamp or small-motor loads without nuisance tripping, and two outputs can be paralleled for redundant control of a single load.
