At 2.5 kW / 7.8 A rated current in Frame Size C, this sits well above the fractional-kW frame in the same PTI line; specify it when the load's acceleration torque needs the 26.5 A maximum output current rather than the roughly 6 A ceiling of the smallest frame. Like the rest of the S200 PTI range it takes a direct pulse-train command, so choose it over a fieldbus-addressed S200 variant when the motion controller only outputs pulse-train commands.

Applications
