Rating depends on overload class: at low overload (LO, light/variable-torque loads like pumps and fans) this module delivers 2.2 kW continuous with 150% for 57 s; at high overload (HO, constant-torque loads) it drops to 1.5 kW with 200% for 3 s — size it against the load's actual overload profile, not just the continuous kW figure. The integrated braking chopper handles dynamic braking energy without an external braking module, useful for applications with frequent deceleration such as hoists or centrifuges, as long as a braking resistor is fitted. It requires a CU240 Control Unit running firmware V4.6 or later — check the paired control unit's firmware before combining with an existing G120 build.
