The 12.1in widescreen format gives more overview and recipe-screen real estate than the smaller Comfort panels, which matters for machines with multi-step recipe navigation. The built-in 2-port Ethernet switch supports line-topology PROFINET networking between panels or drives without an external switch, and the combined RS422/485 port lets this panel also reach PROFIBUS or MPI-only legacy controllers where PROFINET is not available.
